With extensive experience of over 6 years, he has been representing large Indian businesses and multi-national clients on matters related to complex commercial disputes, contentious matters related to Company law, Securities law, Competition law and foreign exchange regulations. Ms. Juneja is an associate partner of the core group of the firm with an experience of 6 years. She is a law Graduate and earned her M. Com degree from Delhi, India. She is a Linguistic expert which helps us to deal with foreign clients. With her vast experience in Corporate transactions, she brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and business strategy to structuring, negotiating and closing complex commercial transactions. Dimple’s background in finance and Corporate strategy provides a practical and holistic approach to the practice of law which seamlessly combines with the litigation, tax and corporate talent of the Firm to deliver the best solution to its clients.
She specializes in areas pertaining to joint ventures, investments, asset management (private equity funds and hedge funds), Due Diligence, Corporate Compliances and legal frame work including Merger & amalgamation, Delisting and acquisition of Companies.
